Ingredients
2 thick slices of whole wheat bread
1/3 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tsp honey
salt, to taste
2-3 figs, sliced
1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Toast the bread
Mix Ricotta cheese, blueberries, honey (1 tsp), and salt. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture onto each slice of bread.
Top with fig slices.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Drizzle with remaining honey.
