Ingredients
- 5oz oyster mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
Directions
- Preheat at 375°F for 3 minutes
- Toss the mushrooms with buttermilk in a large bowl
- Marinate for 15 minutes
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cumin together
- Spoon mushrooms out of the buttermilk
- Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture
- Dip again in the buttermilk and flour mixture
- Spray with olive oil
- Air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes
- Flip the mushrooms, spray with olive oil, then cook for another 5 minutes
