ORDER CONFIRMATIONAfter you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you via email. This means that we have received your order and payment. If you have not received the order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. After receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you want to wait for the product to be listed or refund. If the product can be shipped immediately (3-5 working days), we will submit the order for processing and arrange for delivery.
Note: If the item title shows pre-ordered products in your country/region, your order is pre-ordered. The order will be shipped within two weeks after placing the order.
Most products will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the date you place the order (unless it is noted on the product page). We will send you tracking information as soon as possible.
