Air fryer Easter Cookies
The outside of these mini egg Easter cookies is crispy, while the inside is soft and chewy. Just like a good chocolate chip cookie should be. These festive holiday cookies are also the simplest to make, requiring only 10 minutes of prep time, no chill time, and only 10 minutes to bake.

Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 + ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate candies
Directions
- Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
- Mix butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips into the butter mixture and stir until well combined
- Scoop out the dough and form it into cookies
- Press chocolate candies into the top of the cookies
- Air fry at 350°F for 7-10 minutes
