Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups blueberries
Directions
- Preheat at 320°F for 3 minutes.
- Add butter, margarine, and sugar, then beat until creamy.
- Beat the eggs one by one.
- Mix all-purpose flour with baking power, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
- Grease the cake pan with butter.
