Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat at 320°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Add butter, margarine, and sugar, then beat until creamy.
  3. Beat the eggs one by one.
  4. Mix all-purpose flour with baking power, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
  5. Grease the cake pan with butter.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the cake pan
  7. Spread a layer of blueberries.
  8. Pour in the remaining batter.
  9. Top with the remaining blueberries.
  10. Air fry at 320°F for 20-25 minutes.
