Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 cups blueberries
Directions
Preheat at 320°F for 3 minutes.
Add butter, margarine, and sugar, then beat until creamy.
Beat the eggs one by one.
Mix all-purpose flour with baking power, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
Grease the cake pan with butter.
Pour half of the batter into the cake pan
Spread a layer of blueberries.
Pour in the remaining batter.
Top with the remaining blueberries.
Air fry at 320°F for 20-25 minutes.
