Ingredients
- 1 1/5 lb fresh cranberries
- ⅓ lb cane sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Soak the cranberries in a bowl with water and a tablespoon of salt for about five minutes
- Cut a slit with scissors (no need to cut in half) and mix with the granulated sugar
- Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator
- Place in dehydrator and set the temperature at 158°F for 9 hours
