Mini sandwiches are a great snack not only for kids' lunchboxes, but also for brunch, parties, baby showers, and picnics. These simple ham and cheese sandwiches, ready in 10 minutes, are always a hit at any gathering!

Ingredients
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tsp mustard
3 slices of Cheddar cheese
4 slices of ham
3 baby lettuce leaves
Directions
Toast the bread
In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and mustard, and mix well
Spread each slice with the cream cheese mixture. Then, add 2 slices of cheddar, 2 slices of ham, 1 lettuce leaf and cover with the second slice of the bread.
Add the remaining cheddar, ham and lettuce. Then, cover with the last slice of bread.
Press down slightly. Then, cut the sandwich in half.
Stick 6 toothpicks into each half and cut around them
