Ingredients
½ lb chicken breast
½ lb sweet potato
Directions
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into strips
Remove the fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into long strips of about 12cm in thickness
Take a stick of sweet potato, roll the chicken strips evenly on the surface of the sweet potato, wrap as tightly as possible
Lay the rolled sweet potato strips flat on the tray and put them into the dehydrator with the temperature set at 158°F for 10 hours.
