Ingredients
- ½ lb chicken breast
- ½ lb sweet potato
Directions
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it into strips
- Remove the fat from the chicken breasts and cut them into long strips of about 12cm in thickness
- Take a stick of sweet potato, roll the chicken strips evenly on the surface of the sweet potato, wrap as tightly as possible
- Lay the rolled sweet potato strips flat on the tray and put them into the dehydrator with the temperature set at 158°F for 10 hours.
