Ingredients
2 ears fresh corn, husked
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce
Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes.
Cut the corn in quarters lengthwise.
Mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
Brush the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the corn ribs.
Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
Flip halfway through cooking.
Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce
Drizzle with the sauce mixture
