Ingredients
- 1 16-oz block extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes (1 inch in size)
- Pat the tofu dry to remove extra water
- Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika together
- Add the sauce mixture and toss to thoroughly coat
- Let tofu marinate for 15 minutes
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Spray with olive oil
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes
- Flip the cubes halfway through cooking
