Ingredients
- 1 16-oz block extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes (1 inch in size)
Pat the tofu dry to remove extra water
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika together
Add the sauce mixture and toss to thoroughly coat
Let tofu marinate for 15 minutes
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
Spray with olive oil
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes
Flip the cubes halfway through cooking
