Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat at 375°F for 3 minutes
Cut a pocket horizontally in the chicken breast
Fill with onion and green pepper
Mix olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and garlic powder
Brush the chicken with the seasoning mixture
Secure with toothpicks
Spray with olive oil
Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes
Top with cheese
Cook for another 6-10 minutes
Discard toothpicks
