Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Mix oatmeal, banana, applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground ginger.
Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray
Scoop the oatmeal mixture into the muffin tin
Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes
Top with yogurt and fresh berries
