Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Mix oatmeal, banana, applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground ginger.
- Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray
- Scoop the oatmeal mixture into the muffin tin
- Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes
- Top with yogurt and fresh berries
