Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Mix oatmeal, banana, applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground ginger.
  2. Coat a muffin tin with cooking spray
  3. Scoop the oatmeal mixture into the muffin tin
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes
  5. Top with yogurt and fresh berries
