Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Cut the peeled carrots into 1/4-inch thick slices
- Mix the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until well coated
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
- Toss and shake halfway through cooking
