These Air Fryer Carrots are perfectly roasted and bursting with flavor! Cooking them in the Air Fryer on high heat brings out their natural sweetness in less time than baking and is so simple.

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
Cut the peeled carrots into 1/4-inch thick slices
Mix the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until well coated
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
Toss and shake halfway through cooking
