Air fryer Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch chunks

  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat Temp: 400°F Time: 3 Min

  2. Mix the chicken and cornstarch then toss together until well coated.

  3. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.

  4. Flip halfway through cooking

  1. Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Then simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch and water.

  3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the sweet and sour sauce

  5. Combine chicken and sauce together until well coated
