Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch chunks
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Directions
Preheat Temp: 400°F Time: 3 Min
Mix the chicken and cornstarch then toss together until well coated.
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
Flip halfway through cooking

Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Then simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the sweet and sour sauce
Add pineapple chunks and simmer for 1 more minute
Combine chicken and sauce together until well coated
