Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Directions
- Preheat Temp: 400°F Time: 3 Min
- Mix the chicken and cornstarch then toss together until well coated.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Then simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
- In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the sweet and sour sauce
- Add pineapple chunks and simmer for 1 more minute
- Combine chicken and sauce together until well coated
