Ingredients
1 pound raw large shrimp
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
¾ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
Sweet chili sauce
Directions
Preheat at 350˚F for 3 minutes
Spray with nonstick cooking spray
Wash and peel shrimps
Remove the internal organs and save the tail
Combine flour, salt, pepper
Whisk eggs until smooth
Combine shredded coconut and breadcrumbs
Coat the shrimps with a flour mixture
Dip into the eggs
Coat with breadcrumbs and shredded coconut mixture
