This cranberry crostini may catch you off guard. It's bright, crunchy, and sweet, and it's excellent at any time of year.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sugar, or to taste
- ½ tsp orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 6 oz goat cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Directions
- Preheat at 400˚F for 3 minutes
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch
- Brush one side of the sliced baguette with olive oil
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Air fry at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Combine dried cranberries, sugar, orange zest, orange juice and put them in a food processor
- Combine honey, goat cheese and fresh thyme leaves
- Spread the paste on the cooked baguette
