We enjoy hand-dipped corn dogs at fairs, carnivals, and, of course, Disney, but some of our favorite carnival dishes, such as Churros, sweet Corn on the Cob, and, of course, these corn dogs, are incredibly easy to make at home. These Corn Dogs are a must-try if you're searching for a fun, family-friendly meal.

Hazel Fabro
Ingredients
4 hotdogs
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt then whisk together.
In a separate small bowl, mix buttermilk and eggs then whisk together. Add the buttermilk and egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Then, transfer the batter to a tall glass.
Cut the hotdogs into halves. Then, skewer the hot dogs onto wooden sticks.
Roll the hot dogs in flour to coat and shake off the excess. Then, soak the floured hot dogs into the batter. Cover the battered hot dogs with breadcrumbs (press the breadcrumbs onto the hot dogs gently)
Spray cooking spray on the hot dogs and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook the hot dogs for 8 minutes at 370°F. Then, flip the corn dogs after 4 minutes.
