Ingredients
- 4-6 oz salmon fillets, 1½-inch thic
- olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Balsamic BBQ sauce
- ¾ cup tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 380ºF.
Make the BBQ sauce by combining the ketchup, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil
Season with salt and ground black pepper
Air fry at 380°F for 5 minutes
Brush the sauce mixture
Air fry at 380°F for another 5 minutes
