Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
- Cut the ends of the potatoes
- Cut the potato lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices
- Place the potato slices horizontally
- Place the skewer on both sides of the potato slice
- Cut vertical lines
- Flip over and cut diagonal lines
- Push the skewer through
- Gently stretch out the potato
- Mix butter, parsley, garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, and salt
- Brush the butter mixture onto both sides of the potatoes
- Air fry at 350°F for 25 minutes
