Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 slices bacon, cooked & diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Directions
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
- Put yolks in a small bowl
- Mix egg and hot sauce
- Coat the egg white in flour, dip it into egg mixture, then coat it with breadcrumbs
- Spray with olive oil
- Air fry at 360°F for 4 minutes
- Flip over, spray again, and cook for another 4 minutes
- Mash the yolks
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and chili powder
- Squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg whites
- Top with diced bacon and parsley
