Improve your deviled egg game with this recipe, which adds a crispy exterior to the creamy filling everyone knows and loves.

Ingredients

6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
-
1 cup flour
-
2 eggs, beaten
-
1 tbsp hot sauce
-
1.5 cups breadcrumbs
-
1/4 cup mayonnaise
-
1 tsp white vinegar
-
1 tsp mustard
-
1/4 tsp chili powder
-
2 slices bacon, cooked & diced
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp parsley, chopped
Directions
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Put yolks in a small bowl
Mix egg and hot sauce
Coat the egg white in flour, dip it into egg mixture, then coat it with breadcrumbs
Spray with olive oil
Air fry at 360°F for 4 minutes
Flip over, spray again, and cook for another 4 minutes
Mash the yolks
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and chili powder
Squeeze the yolk mixture into the egg whites
Top with diced bacon and parsley
