Air fryer Balsamic Glazed Carrots
In this simple and quick weekday side dish recipe, honey-roasted carrots are mixed with a buttery balsamic sauce and sprinkled with chives while still warm from the air fryer.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb tri-colored baby carrots
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- Mix olive oil, honey, salt, pepper in a bowl
- Add carrots and combine to coat
- Place carrots in the basket in a single layer
- Air fry at 390°F for 10 minutes
- Stir halfway through cooking
- Add balsamic glaze and butter to the carrots
- Stir until well coated
- Sprinkle with chives
