In this simple and quick weekday side dish recipe, honey-roasted carrots are mixed with a buttery balsamic sauce and sprinkled with chives while still warm from the air fryer.
Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp honey
-
¼ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

1 lb tri-colored baby carrots
-
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
-
1 tbsp butter
-
2 tsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions
Mix olive oil, honey, salt, pepper in a bowl
Add carrots and combine to coat
Place carrots in the basket in a single layer
Air fry at 390°F for 10 minutes
Stir halfway through cooking
Add balsamic glaze and butter to the carrots
Stir until well coated
Sprinkle with chives
