Air fryer Asparagus Tots
Broccoli and cauliflower tots already exist, so why not asparagus tots? These are delicious on their own, but I prefer them with hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 oz asparagus, trimmed and diced
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
Directions
- Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
- Boil asparagus in salted water for 5 minutes
- Drain and let cool for about 5 minutes
- Mix asparagus, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese in a bowl
- Form 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a tot
- Freeze tots for 30 minutes
- Spray the basket with olive oil
- Spray the tots with olive oil
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes
- Shake halfway through cooking
