Broccoli and cauliflower tots already exist, so why not asparagus tots? These are delicious on their own, but I prefer them with hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients

12 oz asparagus, trimmed and diced

½ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
Directions
Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
Boil asparagus in salted water for 5 minutes
Drain and let cool for about 5 minutes
Mix asparagus, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese in a bowl
Form 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a tot
Freeze tots for 30 minutes
Spray the basket with olive oil
Spray the tots with olive oil
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes
Shake halfway through cooking
