The surface of caramelized banana stakes after a delicate sweet pudding. It kind of reminds me of a banana creme brûlée with the expansion of the caramel-y coconut sugar topping on a beat. I too adore topping mine off with a bit of new coconut yogurt or coconut whip on the off chance that I’m feeling additional favor, and a bit of nuts for a crunch.
