Ingredients
- 2 lb. baby bella mushrooms, stemmed
- 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 8 oz. brie cheese, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat at 375°F for 3 minutes
- Arrange the mushrooms cap-side up
- Brush with melted butter
- Flip the mushrooms cap-side down
- Stuff a piece of brie cheese inside
- Mix bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and melted butter together
- Spoon a little of the mixture on each mushroom
- Air fry at 375°F for 20-25 minutes
