These crispy, golden air fryer scallops are coated in a simple breading and cooked to crispy perfection! Rich, delectable, and ready in 15 minutes. Lightly breaded sea scallops cooked in the air fryer with the same results as deep frying but without the unpleasant odor or mess!

Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Pat the scallops dry
- Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together
- Dip each scallop into the melted butter
- Then roll in the bread crumb mixture until well coated
- Spray with cooking spray
- Air fry at 400°F for 2 minutes
- Flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes

Tried recipe for first time. I added 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning to bread crumb mix. Love the recipe! Scallops are very tasty, crispy and yet tender. It’s a keeper!! TThank you!
