Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
Pat the scallops dry
Mix bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together
Dip each scallop into the melted butter
Then roll in the bread crumb mixture until well coated
Spray with cooking spray
Air fry at 400°F for 2 minutes
Flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes

Tried recipe for first time. I added 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning to bread crumb mix. Love the recipe! Scallops are very tasty, crispy and yet tender. It’s a keeper!! TThank you!
