                    Ingredients
- 2 lb. baby bella mushrooms, stemmed
 - 6 tbsp salted butter, melted
 - 8 oz. brie cheese, cut into bite-size chunks
 - 1 cup bread crumbs
 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
 
Directions
Preheat at 375°F for 3 minutes
Arrange the mushrooms cap-side up
Brush with melted butter
Flip the mushrooms cap-side down
Stuff a piece of brie cheese inside
Mix bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and melted butter together
Spoon a little of the mixture on each mushroom
Air fry at 375°F for 20-25 minutes
