It's a lot of fun to make this Air Fryer Cloud Bread. It has an eggy flavor and is slightly sweet. It goes well with jam. I'll make a savory version with Parmesan cheese and no sugar or color next time.

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 tbsp of white sugar
1 1/2 tsp of cornstarch
A pinch of food color
Directions
Whisk egg whites
Gradually add sugar while whisking
Whisk until the egg whites have a stiff peak
Add in cornstarch and whisk until well combined
Divide the egg whites into 2 parts
Add in food color
Whisk to mix well
Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray
Place the egg whites on parchment paper
Combine the 2 parts and make the surface evenly
Temp: 300°F Time: 20-25 Min
