Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Pat the wings with paper towels
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix well
- Sprinkle baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Paprika and black pepper, mix until well coated
- Place the wings on the basket
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
- Flip the wings and cook for another 5-8 minutes
- Mix butter, minced garlic, Parmesan in a bowl
- Spread over the garlic butter mixture into chicken wings
