Green tomatoes cooked in the air fryer have a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. You're about to bite into the ideal summer snack you didn't realize you were missing!

Ingredients

3-4 green tomatoes

1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 cup flour
-
2 eggs
-
1/3 cup cornmeal
-
1/3 cup bread crumbs

1/8 tsp paprika
Directions
Preheat at 380°F for 3 minutes
Cut the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices
Coat with salt
Rest for 5 minutes
Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs and Paprika in a bowl
Dip each tomato slice into the flour, egg and the cornmeal mixture
Air fry at 380°F for 7-9 minutes
Flip halfway through cooking and spray with oil
