Ingredients
4 russet potatoes, scrubbed
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper
8-10 slices of Cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
Directions
Preheat at 350°F for 30 minutes
Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices without cutting through the bottom
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, parsley in a bowl
Brush the potatoes with the seasoning mixture
Air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes
Brush with the seasoning mixture again
Cook for an additional 20 minutes
Place the cheese slices in the cuts of the potatoes
Cook for 2 minutes
