Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 3 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sliced chives
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/3 cups bread crumbs
Directions
- Place bacon in the basket
- Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes
- Drain bacon with paper towels
- Crumble bacon
- Mix mashed potatoes, cooked bacon, Cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper in a bowl
- Scoop out the potato mixture
- Roll into balls
- Dip potato balls in the egg
- Then in the bread crumbs
- Air fry at 370°F for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with salt
