Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together
- Add in the greek yogurt, stir until combined, and shape the dough into a ball
- Flour a cutting board
- Knead the dough for 30 seconds
- Cut the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them into balls
- Roll each dough ball into a rope and pinch edges together to make a bagel shape
- Brush with beaten egg
