Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients

  • 8 mozzarella sticks
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Combine Italian seasoning, salt and breadcrumbs together

  2. Dip a mozzarella stick into the beaten egg until well coated

  3. Dip the stick into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated

  4. Freeze for 60 minutes

  5. Coat again with beaten egg and breadcrumb mixture

  6. Freeze again for 60 minutes

  7. Spray with cooking spray

  8. Air fry at 390°F for 7 minutes
