Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Whisk egg and milk.
- Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, parsley together
- Pour the seasoning mixture into ground beef and mix until well combined
- Mix until well combined
- Form the meatballs
- Air fry at 400°F for 14 minutes
- Flip halfway through cooking
