Ingredients
4 slices white toast bread
2 tbsp butter
2 oz ham, diced
4 large eggs
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat at 375°F for 3 Min
Spray the oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray
Remove the crust from the bread
Spread one side of the bread with butter
Place the bread butter-side-down into a ramekin and shape it into a cup
Add ham on top of the bread
Crack one egg into a cup
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese
Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes
Remove the bread from the ramekin
