Ingredients
- 1 3-pound chicken
- 2 lemons
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Grate the zest from 1 lemon
- Cut the lemon in half and juice half of the lemon
- Cut the remaining 1 and a half lemon into slices
- Mix salt (2 tsp), pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic
- Salt the cavity of the chicken
- Place the lemon slices and garlic cloves in the cavity
- Rub the butter and lemon mixture over the chicken
- Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit
- Tie the legs tightly
- Air fry with the setting of Preset Menu: Chicken (Temp: 400°F; Time: 30 Min)
- Check if the internal temperature reaches 165°F. If not, add additional minutes until the chicken is cooked.

Inaccurate description! Rotisserie is done on a spit. This recipe is for roasting a chicken.
