Ingredients
- 1 medium potato, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 pound cod fillets
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1-1/2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
- Cut the potato into 1/2-inch sticks
- Combine olive oil, pepper, and salt until well coated
- Place potato pieces in the basket
- Air fry with the setting of Preset Menu: Chips (Temp: 400°F; Time: 25 Min)
- Mix flour, pepper, salt
- Mix cornflakes, cheese, Cayenne pepper
- Dip the fillets into flour mixture, egg, cornmeal mixture expectively
- Place fish in a single layer in an air-fryer basket and spray with olive oil
- Air fry with the setting of Preset Menu: Fish (Temp: 330°F; Time: 20 Min)
