Ingredients
1 medium potato, peeled
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 pound cod fillets
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp pepper
1 large egg, whisked
2 tbsp water
1/3 cup crushed cornflakes
1-1/2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
CHIP:
FISH:
Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes
Cut the potato into 1/2-inch sticks
Combine olive oil, pepper, and salt until well coated
Place potato pieces in the basket
Air fry with the setting of Preset Menu: Chips (Temp: 400°F; Time: 25 Min)
Mix flour, pepper, salt
Mix cornflakes, cheese, Cayenne pepper
Dip the fillets into flour mixture, egg, cornmeal mixture expectively
Place fish in a single layer in an air-fryer basket and spray with olive oil
Air fry with the setting of Preset Menu: Fish (Temp: 330°F; Time: 20 Min)
