I season my hamburger patties with this burger seasoning before cooking them. It imparts a wonderful gourmet flavor that elevates a mediocre hamburger to extraordinary status. Season your burgers right before grilling them, or sprinkle on top while pan-frying them. Keep cool and dry in an airtight container.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp paprika 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 
- 1/4 tsp brown sugar 
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/4 tsp onion powder 
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper 
- 1 lb ground beef 
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
- 4 slices of Cheddar cheese 
- 4 lettuce leaves 
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes 
- Mix paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. 
- Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and the prepared seasoning. 
- Divide ground beef into four equal balls. 
- Press the balls to patty shapes 
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes 
- Check if the internal temp reaches 145°F. If not, continue cooking for 5 minutes. 
- Add cheese slices and cook for additional 5 minutes 
- Wrap in lettuce
