Air fryer Mini Pizzas
Make partially baked ("par-baked") crusts to freeze with a sheet of parchment or waxed paper between them for quick pizza on the fly.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp dried yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 fresh basil leaves, torn
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Mix warm water and dried yeast. Then add in all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a towel .
- Rest for 30 minutes.
- Flour the work surface.
- Roll out the dough.
- Cut out circles.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce onto the dough, then top with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 370°F for 6-8 minutes
- Sprinkle with basil leaves.
