Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp dried yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
5 fresh basil leaves, torn
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat at 400°F for 3 minutes.
Mix warm water and dried yeast. Then add in all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and knead until smooth.
Cover the dough with a towel .
Rest for 30 minutes.
Flour the work surface.
Roll out the dough.
Cut out circles.
Brush with olive oil.
Spread tomato sauce onto the dough, then top with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry at 370°F for 6-8 minutes
Sprinkle with basil leaves.
