Ingredients
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin
- ⅔ cup chickpea flour
- 4 tbsp water, or as needed
Directions
- Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
- Mix red onion, yellow onion, salt, garlic, coriander, chili powder, turmeric, cumin in a bowl
- Add chickpea flour and water to the onion mixture
- Combine into a thick batter
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes
- Spray with olive oil
- Place fritters in the basket in a single layer
- Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes
- Spray with olive oil
- Flip the fritters
- Cook for additional 6 minutes
- Enjoy!
