This strawberry crisp is quick and easy to make. This is the ideal summer treat when strawberries are in season. If preferred, top with ice cream or a dab of whipped cream.
Ingredients

2 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced

3 tbsp white sugar
-
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ cup quick-cooking oats
-
¼ cup all-purpose flour
-
¼ cup white sugar
-
¼ cup salted butter, cubed
-
⅛ tsp salt
FOR THE STREUSEL:
Directions
Preheat at 350°F for 3 minutes
Mix strawberries and white sugar in a bowl and rest for 10-15 minutes
Add cornstarch and vanilla to the strawberry mixture and mix
Mix oats, flour, sugar, butter and salt in a bowl until crumbly
Spray the ramekins with cooking spray
Pour the strawberry mixture into the ramekins
Top with streusel evenly
Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes
