Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
Directions
- Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs
- Add beaten eggs and pecans in the butter mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust
- Top with pecan halves
