Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
Directions
- Cook the ground beef and olive oil over medium heat until it turns brown
- Add Taco sauce, 1/4 cup of water, then cook until liquid has almost evaporated
- Fold to close the tortilla with beef and cheese
- Spray with olive oil and place the tortilla in the basket
- Spray again
- Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes
- Fill each tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and onion
