Air fryer Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp taco sauce

  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 4 lettuce leaves, chopped

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 red onion, diced

Directions

  1. Cook the ground beef and olive oil over medium heat until it turns brown

  2. Add Taco sauce, 1/4 cup of water, then cook until liquid has almost evaporated

  3. Fold to close the tortilla with beef and cheese

  4. Spray with olive oil and place the tortilla in the basket

  5. Spray again

  6. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes

  7. Fill each tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and onion
