Ingredients
2 lbs pork loin
1/2 lb potatoes, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 ground black pepper
Directions
Cut 1/2” deep slits on the top of the pork loin
Mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper
Drizzle 1/3 of the sauce mixture on the pork loin and rub to coat
Stir the potatoes with sauce mixture
Air fry at 370°F for 30 minutes
Flip the pork loin and stir the potatoes halfway through cooking
Remove the potatoes
Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temp reaches 145°F
