Air fryer Spooky Halloween Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2 oz unsalted butter, softened
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 oz unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- green food coloring
- orange food coloring
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- candy eyes
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer at 350℉ for 3 minutes
- In a medium bowl, add the butter, sugar, and egg. Mix well
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Combine well
- Transfer the batter to cupcake cups and cook in the air fryer at 350℉ for 10 minutes
- Use a toothpick to check if the cupcakes are ready
- Whip the butter for about 5 minutes
- Add in powdered sugar and mix well. Add heavy whipped cream and vanilla extract then beat until fluffy
- Divide the cream into 3 equal parts
- Mix the cream with food coloring and cocoa powder separately
- Transfer the cream into piping bags
- Decorate the cupcakes
