Crispy, cheesy, and incredibly simple to make, these zucchini chips are a breeze to prepare in the air fryer. These breaded parmesan veggie chips are a delicious appetizer or snack when served with a sour cream dip.

Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Ketchup for dipping
Directions
- Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices
- Mix flour, salt, and black pepper together
- Whisk egg with milk until fully combined
- Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together
- Dip each zucchini slice into the flour, then the egg mixture, then dip into the bread crumb mixture to coat
- Spray with cooking spray
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes
- Flip the slices halfway through cooking
