Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Ketchup for dipping
Directions
Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices
Mix flour, salt, and black pepper together
Whisk egg with milk until fully combined
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together
Dip each zucchini slice into the flour, then the egg mixture, then dip into the bread crumb mixture to coat
Spray with cooking spray
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes
Flip the slices halfway through cooking
