Ingredients
1 slice of white bread
½ medium avocado, peeled and seeded
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
Black & white sesame seeds, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
Directions
Toast the bread
In a medium bowl, smash the avocado using a fork
Spread the bread with smashed avocado
Scatter the lemon juice over the avocado
Slice the hard-boiled egg into coins
Place the egg slices on the smashed avocado
Add pepper, salt and sesame seeds on the top of sliced egg
And pour some olive oil at the top
