Avocado Toast with Egg
What I like best about this recipe is that it's a quick and easy protein-packed breakfast. I like how it's a well-balanced meal with some good carbs (whole wheat bread), good protein (eggs), and healthy fats (avocado!).

Ingredients
- 1 slice of white bread
- ½ medium avocado, peeled and seeded
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black & white sesame seeds, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Toast the bread
- In a medium bowl, smash the avocado using a fork
- Spread the bread with smashed avocado
- Scatter the lemon juice over the avocado
- Slice the hard-boiled egg into coins
- Place the egg slices on the smashed avocado
- Add pepper, salt and sesame seeds on the top of sliced egg
- And pour some olive oil at the top
