No need to add too much unhealthy oil to make a Buffalo Chicken Wings. Cooking in air fryer in much healthier than the traditional cooking that needs to add a lot of oil to achieve the perfect tender of food. Achieve the crispy in you chicken wing straight out of air fryer!

Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅔ cup cayenne pepper sauce
- ½ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer and set the temperature into 360°F
- In a large bowl, put the wings and mizzle oil over the wings and massage until it was evenly coated.
- In the air fryer basket, place half of the wings and cook for 25 minutes. Flip the wings using tongs and cook the other side for additional 5 minutes. After cooking, place the cooked wings to a large bowl and repeat the process with remaining wings.
- While waiting for the second batch to cook, put together the hot pepper sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic, powder, and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Then, stir and keep the wings warm the wings are done.
- Combine the sauce and the cooked wings then toss to coat each wings.
