Buttermilk Fried Chicken in Air fryer

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 serving cooking spray
Directions
- Soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Then, preheat the air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and mix. Then, dredge the chicken thighs in seasoned flour and dip the chicken into the buttermilk and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and put the chicken thighs and leave space between, then spray olive oil before frying.
- Cook in preheated air fryer for 15 minutes. Flip and spray the top of chicken again. Then, cook for another 10 minutes. And served with your chosen dip sauce.
