Ingredients
1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 serving cooking spray
Directions
Soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Then, preheat the air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes.
Combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and mix. Then, dredge the chicken thighs in seasoned flour and dip the chicken into the buttermilk and coat with breadcrumbs.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and put the chicken thighs and leave space between, then spray olive oil before frying.
Cook in preheated air fryer for 15 minutes. Flip and spray the top of chicken again. Then, cook for another 10 minutes. And served with your chosen dip sauce.
